Requirement Details
• Submit 2-4 looks per model for efficiency and cohesion (recommended)
• May submit 2 looks from different models (1 look each)
• Single-look submissions discouraged but considered case-by-case
• Each look must contain at least 50% implied or artistic nude images
• If submitting more than 4 looks, we'll select the best 4
• Minimum 30+ high-quality images per look, or a total of 60+ between 2 looks (we recommend extras so we can narrow them down)
• Shoots do not have to be current as long as the model is willing to sign our release, they were not published in other publications, and no more than a few images were already shared on social media or other platforms
• Color is prefered but we will consider B&W
Model Release Process
• Provide model's name and email after the shoot
• We send release directly to model for signature
• Models review images selected for publication before signing
• All models must sign release before publication or photographer payment
Publication Standards & Expectations
Being approved as a POSED MAG photographer does not guarantee automatic publication or payment. Each shoot must meet our editorial standards. It is YOUR responsibility to:
• Clearly communicate content requirements to models before shooting
• Ensure models are genuinely comfortable with implied nude photography
• Capture sufficient variety and quantity of implied or artistic nude content
• Provide at least 3-5 images per look to models regardless of publication outcome
Remember: Professional photographers maintain good relationships by sharing content even when publication doesn't occur. This protects both your reputation and ensures models feel valued for their time.

SHOOT GUIDELINES
Shot Variety Required

Tell a Story
Each look should tell a story about the model interacting with her location. While it doesn't need to be theatrical, avoid treating it like an e-commerce catalog shoot with the model simply changing poses in the same spots.
Style Guidelines
• No specific style is off-limits
• Must be "sexier than Instagram" while maintaining artistry
• Focus on: great models, interesting locations, appropriate wardrobe
• Wardrobe should complement, not clash with setting/concept
• Examples of acceptable styles:
- Beach/swimwear editorials
- Lingerie in luxury settings
- Implied or nude with artistic merit
- Studio work with strong creative vision
- Location shoots with narrative elements
• When in doubt, message us to discuss your concept
• We're a team - communication is encouraged

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & CONDUCT
Communication Standards
• All model communications must be professional and business-focused
• Use written communication (email/text) for all arrangements and maintain records
• Respond promptly and courteously to model inquiries
• Clearly explain the shoot concept and POSED MAG's publication process (see model outreach template below)
During the Shoot
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times
• Create a comfortable, respectful environment for models
• Never use your position to solicit personal or romantic contact
• Focus solely on creating exceptional content for POSED MAG
• Respect any boundaries or comfort levels expressed by models
Model Welfare
• Prioritize model safety and comfort throughout the shoot
• Provide breaks as needed
• Ensure proper facilities are available (changing areas, restrooms)
• Report any concerns about model welfare to POSED MAG immediately
Model Feedback Process
To ensure the highest standards are maintained, POSED MAG will request feedback from all models as part of our release process. Models will receive an optional survey about their shooting experience, allowing them to share their perspectives on:
• Communication and professionalism
• Comfort level during the shoot
• Overall experience working with the photographer
This feedback helps us maintain our network of exceptional photographers and ensures every model has a positive experience with POSED MAG.
Accountability
Professional misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated. Credible allegations of inappropriate behavior may result in:
• Immediate suspension of affiliate privileges pending investigation
• Removal from our photographer network
• Termination of all agreements with POSED MAG
We take model safety and comfort seriously. By maintaining these high standards, we ensure POSED MAG remains a prestigious platform that models are proud to work with.
HAIR & MAKEUP RECOMMENDATIONS
Eyes: Apply a minimal amount of brown or bronze shadow for subtle contouring. Waterline eyeliner only if needed. Waterproof mascara (no strip falsies).
Lips: Natural-colored enhancement that matches the lip hue. Add gloss before the shoot.
Cheeks: Subtle glow with peach tones. Light bronze highlighter on upper cheekbones for a sun-kissed look.
Foundation: Light, natural, perfectly matched to skin tone. Translucent enough to show freckles.
Hair: Subtle beach waves swept away from the face with relaxed ends. Enough product for volume, but still flexible for movement. Should appear naturally wavy without obvious product.
Tip: Copy and paste these guidelines to send to your models before the shoot.
PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES
As the photographer, you're responsible for coordinating:
• Location scouting and booking
• Hair and makeup (whether model does her own or you hire someone)
• Wardrobe selection
• Ensuring the model understands she must sign POSED MAG's release
Model Release Requirement: You must ensure the model knows that signing our release is mandatory. We will send it directly to her after you provide her contact information, but it's YOUR responsibility to communicate its importance. No payment can be processed without a signed release. What Happens Next
1. Deliver 30+ color-corrected JPEGs per look (no skin retouching required, unless you prefer to retouch your own images)
2. We review images, confirm approval, and handle final editing (if needed) upon receival of signed model release
3. Submit invoice to POSED MAG and receive per-look flat-rate via PayPal or Zelle (your preference)
4. Images remain confidential until published (typically 1-2 months)
5. After publication, share your affiliate link and earn 100% commission - Affiliate payments processed monthly via PayPal (required)
6. Track your sales and earnings anytime through your affiliate dashboard
IMPORTANT: Payment requires BOTH approved images AND a signed model release.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I submit 1 model with 4 looks?
Yes, we would consider splitting a 4-look single model submission across two issues.
What if I only have 1 look from a model?
Single-look submissions are discouraged as they're inefficient for all parties. Try to shoot at least 2 looks per model session.
Do models need to sign releases before the shoot?
No. We send releases after the shoot so models can review the actual images they're signing off on.
Do models have to fill out the application page?
It's only mandatory that models sign our release but we may ask them to fill out the application. Either way, you won't have to worry about this.
How do I know if a model fits POSED MAG's aesthetic?
Send us their portfolio or Instagram before booking. We'll provide feedback to ensure alignment with our vision.
